Have you ever experienced stiff neck? Do you often stiff neck? Occasionally stiff neck may be used for sleeping posture problems, but if often stiff neck, then you pay attention, it may be cervical spondylosis. Inventory the reasons for often stiff neck:

1. Sleeping position

The pillow is a crucial factor in this process. Each of us has a different pillow. It is determined according to each of us’s habits and the width of our shoulders. Some people’s pillows are high and comfortable to sleep, and some prefer low pillows. In the process of deep sleep, the head and neck position is not correct, and the excessive deviation to one side will cause stiff neck. No matter what we choose, as long as it suits us. If our stiff neck is still not good for a few days, we can go to the hospital for medical treatment so as not to delay your condition.

2. Chill

When sleeping at night, the doors and windows were not closed tightly, and the wind and cold invaded at night. Patients who often stiff neck can use hot compresses. Pull the cupping device at home a few times on the neck. Be careful not to catch a cold. It is best to put on thick clothes. Symptoms usually heal in about 2 days.

3. Cervical spondylosis

Patients with cervical spondylosis are prone to often stiff neck, because the cervical spine compresses the nerves, resulting in poor blood circulation, resulting in frequent stiff neck, if not caused by the first two reasons. You can check the cervical spine to find the cause of your disease and relieve your pain.
